I think Dr. B is wonderful! I had no problems with staff at Registration but his Nurse has not patient skills as far as communication!! I have been waiting for a month for her to call me back concerning a problem with scheduling a procedure that was ordered by the doctor. Even after she finally called it has not been resolved. I have had work done with them before and including the recent root canal I had done it was a professional experience start to finish.
I absolutely love dr Bergman and his staff ! He literally has saved my life and I can’t say enough praise for them. I have always received the best care and have not experienced any issues with their practice. Great job!!
because I am supposed to be receiving a call to schedule my gallbladder removal surgery but no one has called me back very unresponsive service
The staff has been excellent in all aspecks as to calling and making sure I'll be ready for the surgery. Love working with them, top notch staff.
I called and scheduled an appt because I was experiencing some issues after my surgery. Got the run around. I couldn't even schedule an appt. Theybreferred me to my primary care Dr. Horrible customer service.
