From the minute i entered staff was friendly and professional. The nursing staff incredible as well as my doctor and anesthesia team.
Overall, Advanced Surgical Institute's staff were very professional, polite & caring. The medical team was outstanding! The moment you go back to the surgical area, you're met with another level of care & comfort! Some were complaining about the long wait time but that has nothing to do with Advanced Surgical Institute. Everyone's procedure is different and may have hic-cups and the medical team resolves those issues as quickly as they can. That's why they're outstanding! Thank you all for the care I received!
Dr. Jennings and the surgical staff took wonderful care of of my mother, before, during and after the surgical procedure. She said that they made her feel extra special and attended to her every need. I think she misses everyone already.
Had a wonderful experience with a lumbar epidural. The staff was courteous and caring. I would recommend ASI to everyone.
