We came for a colonoscopy for my husband. This location is disorganized. Moreover, the staff are crass and rude, and don’t communicate with simple updates for those waiting for hours on their delayed appointment. We waited for 4 hours, and were treated as if illegals. Look elsewhere for a modicum of decent service.
The care I received was great. However, the billing department is disgusting. They literally make up multiple sets of contradictory numbers for what you owe or paid for, and ignore emails when you question them. Dishonest at best, and could even be considered fraudulent. Get surgery here at your own risk. I haven’t received my refund of $2100. No one has answered my calls or emails. A lawsuit is inevitable!
