To all the lovely staff at Advanced Surgical Care of Clearwater who took care of me during my Tympanoplasty surgery on 08/05/25 with ENT Dr.S.Green Thank you all for the beautiful care you took of me from my surgery to discharge. You made my stay so comfortable with your kind and caring attention "The friendliness of the entire staff, the comfortable atmosphere and the positive experience of the surgical procedure itself. Thank you to the entire staff who took excellent care of me during my stay.
The facility and workers are all great but their billing department is non existing. I got overcharged and it's been 2 months of no contact from them about where's my money and when i'm getting it back. When you call their billing department extension number they never answer any time of the day and you have to get a nurse to get you a special direct number and even with that they still won't pick up. I would not use their services again if it's this hard to get someone to pick up a phone or have any contact with a paying pa... read more
They’re so sweet literally the best people I’ve met during my surgery and recovery I couldn’t have choose a better place to go to . Especially my team doctor brown carry Stacy and Alexa as well as Denise and somenine hopefully I spelt her name right but they were absolutely amazing and would recommend this place to anyone
Fantastic experience!!!! My daughter broke her clavicle and had to have surgery as soon as possible. She broke it the day before a hurricane when everybody was shut down. Dr. Peter Howard was able to work her into his schedule and the surgery center scheduled her immediately after. There were delays and we were there all day but very thankful for the nurses and staff. They were all fantastic. We were very patient as sometimes things don't go as planned. I highly recommend this surgery center!!!
