I can’t anything negative about the doctor’s. But the ladies in front are rude and condescending when on the phone. The staff is incompetent and unapologetic when they are in the wrong. The doctor’s need to make changes because this bad business. I’ve waited 3 weeks for an authorization for a test to be called in for me and I’ve made 6 phone calls during that time frame to no avail. Bad business.

Dr. Menack is wonderful. He was the only doctor in 12 years to recognize and correctly diagnose the painful lump in my groin as endometriosis directly related to the c-seaction I had in 2004. The procedure to remove it went quickly and smoothly. I am now 10 days post-op, my incision healed very well, and I am completely pain-free for the first time in over a decade. Thank you!

A horrible experience due to an uncaring office staff. I specifically choose them as they accepted my insurance. They then sent a specimen to a lab that was not part of my insurance costing me an extra $150. When I questioned why they choose the expensive lab the reason was that's what they always do. In other words we don't care how the office actions affect the individual patient. If they don't care about needlessly costing the patient extra money, what else don't they care about?
