I just had surgery today with Dr. Reitz and I’m so happy with the experience I had. Everybody was so kind and helpful. I felt cared for throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to surgery day. Dr. Reitz has amazing bedside manner and made sure I was comfortable. I never felt rushed by her. She is kind and confident. I hope to never need another surgery, but I would definitely go back to Dr. Reitz if I did.
Office staff will intentionally waste time and lie to patients so they don’t have to do their job. Office manager didn’t seem concerned when I brought this up to him either. Go elsewhere.
I recently had an Abdominoplasty surgery performed by Dr. Alvaro Testa at AAS - Gilbert. ASS: Upon check-in I was greeted by a very friendly staff, who were very courteous and respectful. After check-in, I was taken back to prepare for surgery. The entire nursing staff was warm, friendly, courteous, respectful and put my mind at ease. I just had surgery with Dr. Pritchard here today and I couldn’t be happier with my experience coming out. The staff were all so amazing here and made me feel comfortable and safe. Answered all my questions and made sure everything went smoothly. The center is very clean as well I definitely recommend it. THANK YOU for providing good care for us women!
