What a great experience, from check in until leaving! I was here in May 2025 for a lipoma removal with Dr Luke. As soon as you are greeted you feel welcome and good. The nurses are outstanding and super friendly. They take away all your anxiety and take good care before and after the surgery. I was glad to be able to see Dr Luke before the surgery - just to clarify all open questions. The only thing to change here: temperature in the waiting room. I underwent sinus surgery here on April 9th. From the time I was registered until I was released, I have never been so impressed as I was by the care, compassion, and professionalism shown to me that day by everyone that I encountered. Thank you all!
I had surgery yesterday at the Advance Surgery Center. I wanted to add a review as I do not believe the 3.9 is reflective of the care & service there. They were very communicative & thorough. They contacted you ahead of time by phone, email and text. You knew up front what you had to pay. Then the preop was efficient and personal. Surgery was on time and professional. I could not have asked for more.
I hope I have enough space to write about the EXCEPTIONAL TREATMENT we received from ASC-Perimeter! The facility is clean, reception staff are all empathetic and nice, our nurses Paula and Christin were so attentive and good with our sweet Lil 3-year old, Dr. Winestein made us feel so at ease with the whole anesthesia process answering all concerns we had, and lastly Dr. Sipp the ENT surgeon was AMAZING!
