Advanced storage is a great place in a safe location to open up a storage unit. Lee was very helpful and responsive during the set up process. I never had any issues whatsoever during my stay there for over a year. Only reason I moved out was i didn’t need a storage unit any longer. highly recommend

I swung by the office a couple days ago, right before closing time. The "open" signs were on, but when I went to open the door it was locked. I called the number posted on the window, and as the phone was ringing the signs turned off. Didn't hear back from management until this morning via text. Little strange. Found another unit elsewhere.

I've been with this storage unit for 4 years now. The people who work there are very kind. Lee was wonderful to talk to while closing out our storage unit. If we didn't move states, we would stay here forever! Very Competitive prices along with well-secured area. Very Clean units as well. Setting up auto pay / Making payments as well online is super simple. 5/5 Recommend for Customer Service / Storage Unit

Tried to rent a unit here. The manager was rude to me even after she was 30 minutes late for our appointment. Her friend or son not sure who he was, was incredibly rude to me. Not professional or customer service minded.

I’ve rented all over the country, and this is the best! Always accommodating and great customer service too:)
