The manager was very kind and even helped to remove a late fee as we missed a payment. Would highly recommend the storage unit!
Still have issues with storage star not answering their phone, not responding to text and recently when we tried to get into the facility our access code had been changed. When we went in to the office the girl had no interest in helping nor did she have an answer to who and why our access code had been changed. Very disturbing when we are unable to get to our unit.
I have had nothing but good experiences with Deana the manager and the other staff members at storage star they are all very nice and helpful with all of my storage needs, thanks keep up the good work.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Deanna this morning I had messed up totally she was able to fix everything put me in a unit where I wanted to be and pleasant and courteous the whole time she is an asset to your business
