I'm surprised by all the poor reviews I'm seeing. The only location I've ever been to is the Clayton office, and it is great, and has been that way for the entire eight or so years I've been going there. They are punctual, and every PA and NP I've ever seen has been wonderful, always getting back to me in a timely fashion if I leave them a message even on weekends; I'm currently seeing Kristina, and she is fantastic, she is kind and caring, as is the entire nursing staff. I honestly wish I could give zero stars. My experience was utterly frustrating and infuriating. After waiting nearly a month for a pain relief procedure at this facility, I took time off from work, along with the person who was supposed to drive me—who also dedicated time away from their own patients. Just when we arrived, we found out that the key person scheduled to perform the procedure was no longer there—they had called off without informing us! No one bothered to notify me in advance. Dr. Erin is great, as is everyone I've been dealing with , hate that i have to go here , but since I do i can't see going any where else. Trying to land this with out anymore parts falling off.
