I first saw Dr. Payment for my lower back in March of 2016. Prior I have seen 3 other Dr. Over the course of 15 years regarding my back, During this time my back worsened. Dr. Paymen during my initial visit noticed signs that there might have a problem in my neck, and there was. Which has given me chronic headaches and numbness in my arms and hands.
