RecommendedAwesome staff. Ms. Kim and the front office is always very nice. Mr. Josh the PA i see has always been very knowledgeable and professional. Much better care than the VA.
Crappy doctor that treats you like crap and they did same to my mother
why do established patients at this entire facility suffer in pain day after day??? my mother has been a patient at Eastern Medical for years... now she is aged and in severe pain everyday... I cannot get her to change facilities, but I can tell everyone who listens about her experiences here.... Pain Management, an active woman cannot get to her own coffee pot anymore because of pain.... your facility is a joke, but I am not laughing.....
These people treat you like you are some kind of dope addict. Every time I've taken my mother n law up there they are rude and inconsiderate. They charge things that shouldn't be charged to the insurance company. They are rude and inconsiderate. They discharge patients if they complain about anything. Bye Felicia. I have been going here since my daughter was 4mths old now she is 9years old. So 9years. I love Dr.Idrissi an the staff. Could not ask for a better neurologist!!!
Compassionate and caring healthcare providers. Really listen to what you are saying and treat accordingly. Have helped me tremendously and are probably the reason I am still able to come to work everyday.
