No correspondence on patient paperwork or bills that we were already told were not our responsibility. Just a huge disappointment in this office. They can’t even spell the patient name correctly.
I would not recommend Advanced Spine to anyone considering procedures, especially involving their back. My first procedure went smoothly, but once I was told I needed two additional procedures, everything started going downhill. I scheduled my second appointment, requested a day off work, and arranged for a family member to accompany me. Upon arrival, I was told they could not perform the procedure because I am diabetic and had taken my medication. This was never disclosed to me when scheduling the appointment. The front desk staff are wonderful. Very efficient. Having been going there for over a year i would not go anywhere else. Nurses ,anesthesiologist and Doctor are amazingly. Always a great experience. Todd McMurdie really listens and makes decisions with you.
Dr Sarkar was very knowledgeable about my rare pain syndrome and gave me hope for reducing my pain for the first time in years.
