Forgot us in the waiting room. We had appt to get a back brace. We scheduled the appointment 10 days prior, they make us wait 45 minutes in waiting room only to tell us they hadn't turned in the papers to get the brace.
My appt was ok. I learn a little about "MILD", the procedure I intend to do, but Dr. Kallgren didn't spend a lot of time with me explaining the entire procedure and going over the post-op effects I might go through. So I googled it and most of my questions were answered. He made me feel like he was in a hurry to get through my appointment and then Jordan, the scheduler, came in and got my procedure set up.
Everybody is so nice there. They really make you feel comfortable. And best of all they laugh at your dumb jokes.
