Dr. Todd Mcmurdie was compassionate and gave me hope, but my overall experience here was disappointing. Janine came across as dismissive and lacking empathy. As a patient who has been hospitalized twice within 90 days with severe IBD related pain, my first nerve block failed and when I requested a pain med refill they refused for policy reasons even though they failed to do a proper history on me and penalized me for having PTSD and referred me to Halcyon Clinic.
