After 6+ requests of asking them to fill out legal documents, they can’t even be bothered to submit it or spell the patients name right. Disappointing, will have to find a competent office.
DR LUKE PERFORMED A CERVICAL SPINE SURGERY ON MY FAMILY MEMBER - 2 DAYS LATER MY FAMILY MEMBER WAS HAVING DIFFICULTIES - CALLED DR LUKE - TOOK HOURS FOR HIM TO RESPOND - HE TOLD US HE COULD DO ANYTHING AND FOR US TO GO TO EMERGENCY ROOM - HE COULD NOT MEET US THERE BECAUSE HE IS NOT ALLOWED TO PRACTICE IN A HOSPITAL - WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM NOR DID HE EVER FOLLOW UP WITH US - MY FAMILY MEMBER WAS RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL AND HAD TO UNDER GO A 2ND EMERGENCY SURGERY AT BARROWS HOSPITAL TO CORRECT DR LUKE'S PROCEDURE - MY FAMILY... read more
