The pain In my left knee was getting worse.. I've been driving truck for most of my adult life I was seeking a doctor that may be able to reduce the pain. It was getting more and more difficult to push in the clutch on my semi as the years go on. I'm not sure if you have Doctor YEN V NGUYEN, MD | GENERAL PRACTICE But I called to make an appointment with him, because I need a doctor who can speak spanish, my insurance page says he can speak 3 languages English, Spanish, Vietnamese. When the operator or secretary or whatever she is, answer me, she had a bad attitude just because I asked her if she or the doctor speaks Spanish. Please, change what you have in the Blue Cross insurance details, and tell to that lady that's not the way to treat new patients, don't matter i... read more

I give this establishment two-stars just because the front-desk staff and Dr. Ruland were so awesome. I spent almost a half hour speaking with Dr. Ruland during my initial consultation. He was engaging, attentive, and suggested solid ideas about what type of treatment might possibly help my condition. After basically establishing a course of treatment/action with Dr. Ruland, I was sent back to see Dr. Brent Gordon. Just completed over 6 weeks of knee therapy at Advanced Spine and Joint. I went in somewhat skeptical, and came out healed and a believer. Katki was my physical therapist, and she was tops. Wonderful personality, friendly, but most important, very very knowledgeable. I felt confident I had the correct person from the time she started restoring my knee. I went in the first time unable to straighten up my leg, and unable to stand on it when I would first get out of a chair or out of my truck. My entire back was out due to this... read more
