I highly recommend Dr. Meltser and the staff at Advanced Spine & Headache Center in Southfield. They were focused on building strength around my neck and back through stretching and physical therapy. Dr. Meltser is very personable, and all his staff are amazing. They have super convenient early times for the 8-5 crowd. I go at 7:30 and don’t even need to take off work.
