I was in a motorcycle accident and have been suffering with neck pain until I was referred here. They were able to take the pain away. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Meltser and the staff at Advanced Spine & Headache Center in Southfield. They were focused on building strength around my neck and back through stretching and physical therapy. They preached strength over surgery, and they did not feel like the stereotypical chiropractic spine manipulation treatment. Dr. Meltser is very personable, and all his staff are amazing. They have super convenient early times for the 8-5 crowd. I go at 7:30 and don’t even need to take off work.

I highly recommend Advance Spine and Headache Center for neck and back injuries. I've been involved in two car accidents and a slip and fall. This is my third time with Dr. Alex Meltser and his team of physical therapist, they are the best! I won't go anywhere else for my injuries! I'm living proof of what their advance chiropractic care and physical therapy can do!
