Horrific office to deal with. Never notified they over charged me by several hundred dollars and left it as a credit. Refund request takes weeks to process. Medical office couldn't fax paperwork, needed to stand in the office for over an hour after over a month of trying to coordinate with office and medical supplier and office constantly being non responsive. Non responsive to portal messages and calls claiming things were done that weren't/done inaccurately. Actual ENT was nice, but not worth this office. Allergist should ... read more
Melissa and the entire staff were kind, helpful and made my experience as pleasant as it could be. Highly recommend this group
Melissa was lovely and so was her assistant, Kathy. They performed a quick and painless biopsy and put me at ease. Robin at the front desk was extremely disparaging and rude, putting a damper on the whole experience - hence the three stars.
