I hired Advanced to do work on my heating system, and spent over $6000. I called them to service the system and made an appointment the following week. An hour before the appointment, after the service man texted me to say he would be at my house, they called and said they couldn't make it afterall. I had already stayed home from work and rearranged my schedule to fit this appointment in. No apology-just you're going to have to rearrange your schedule to fit our needs. I had Advanced install the solar at my work location and the install work was wonderful! The techs were very professional and courteous. I was a tad upset about how long it took to get the approval to install from Delmarva, but other than that great experience!
