Over a month ago we contacted Ryan to fix our snowblower. It cost us $200 (in cash only) which included him picking it up. Upon return I checked it out and the auger would still not work (though guaranteed). He promised several times to come and look at it- but promises don't mean much if you don't keep them. At this point we assume he never will and now have to find a reputable company to repair our fairly new blower. Gene A. Moline
