My doctor referred me for a sleep study in July. It’s now September and I’m *still* waiting for my at home sleep kit. I call weekly to follow ups each time I call, I’m treated like it’s my first time calling and I have to go through the whole story all over again. Plus, they like to keep you on hold for 30 minutes plus and then hang up on you! I seriously won’t even trust their ability to read the results of the test. That is IF I ever actually get it.
