my stay at Advanced Sleep Center was a very good experience I felt taken care of. Shannon was the sleep study technician, and she was very perfectional and nice. highly recommend!
They don’t follow up on phone messages, I have been waiting on supplies for 2 months. Apparently there is only 1 person that can order out supplies and they are always out of the office.
If you have to endure a sleep study - this is a great place to have to do it - Jason was incredibly helpful and kind, I️ had a lot of anxiety about it and he made me very at ease. They were very accommodating and his bedside manner was wonderful! Now for life with this beautiful mask lol....
My wife was there 2 yrs ago, we paid $99 and the insurance was bill almost $5,000, they paid ~$2,000, and my balance was $0, and now, 2 yrs later, we got a bill for $215.29, and my balance with ASC is still $0, Now we are in collection for a bogus bill for $215.29 charge. We were never told about additional charges in the future, please watch out, it is a rip-off. We did not see a report, nor we benefit from this test.
