Absolutely crooks! Horrible patient care, follow through, and communication. They take your money and bill your insurances, then refuse to refund your money. I literally had to dispute the charges in order to recoup my payments. This provider also does not follow Medicare guidelines according to my insurance companies, and is currently under investigation. My daughter came in due to her front tooth cracking. Dr Horowitz and his team not only repaired the tooth but identified the root cause of the issue which was undiagnosed sleep apnea. All from just getting her filling repaired. If you are looking for a team that truly cares you have found the right place!
I was eager to try an oral appliance to treat my moderate sleep apnea since CPAP/bipap usage had failed. The staff at Advanced Sleep & TMJ Centers have been consistently professional & very knowledgeable in getting my mouthpiece adjusted to fit my needs for a good night’s rest. A recent overnight sleep study at an independent lab confirmed that the appliance is working to control my apnea episodes. I look forward to my continued use of this mouthpiece and I am thankful to be a patient here!
