I had an appointment on November 1. When I got there, the receptionist at their new shared office on Sheridan told me that they weren't in that day. I called their office number and left a message while standing in the hall. It's 3 weeks later and they still haven't returned my call...however, I got a robo-call telling me that I'd missed my appointment. It's been going on for months. Absolutely impossible to get a hold of. None of their phone numbers work, and they never answer emails. Every time I went it I had a new doctor because they kept quitting. I couldn't recommend a place less. Truly a nightmare, if you want a doctor that you can actually rely on, go anywhere else in the city. Also - they had Alexa speakers in every exam room, great that there was quiet music playing, but weird that technically that device could listen in...
I've been trying to call for 2 weeks now to get in touch with someone to refill a topical prescription. I have yet to speak to anyone or receive a call back. This is very disappointing as I've enjoyed my care at Advanced Skin and MOHS in the past. Edit: received confirmation from a new dermatologist I established care with that this practice has closed.
