I’d give a 0 if I could. I drove an hour to get to my SCHEDULED appointment here. Just to find out they CANCELLED it for no reason and they left a voicemail with my MOTHER not me. And I am 23, when I first came in I brought my mom just because we were doing something after. And they assumed I must be a child so they didn’t put MY phone number down. The girl at the front desk was talking on her phone to her friend and had to be told by another employee to hang up and talk to ME the CUSTOMER

Rudest staff. Find a different location with real doctors that treat you like a person & not $$$.
These people are so so incredible! I could not recommend them more. I had a spot on my lip that a different clinic wanted to biopsy and leave me with a scar, i came to Advanced Skin and Mohs for a second opinion they were so thorough in their evaluation and concluded with certainty that it did not have the signs of being cancerous and they were able to remove my spot free of charge with no scar using Nitrogen!
