They were very nice to me. The Dr. Explained every thing I needed to do. They rearanged my surgerys to fit my schedule with my insurance when they were booked. I have been so overwelmed and worried, finding out I had to have 2 surgerys was desestating but they helped me turn it into a possitive blessing, and took away all the stress I was having having. I am very greatful . They really care about their patients . God bless them.
I have rarely been so impressed at an initial visit with a doctor and her/her staff. From the moment I got there until the m moment I left I knew I was in very good hands. My need for quick care was high and I got it. My need for the development of a response to my need was very hight. And I got it. I have every confidence that the planned procedure and after care will go very well...all based on this initial encounter.
If I could I would give this place zero stars I would. Was so disrespected. I was not understanding something and the receptionist got so rude and had an attitude. Went to another place and they fixed everything that receptionist couldn’t do. All because she didn’t listen or try. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.
Washington, MO Dr. Ullrich, Everything went well on time and staff courteous. Dr. Ullrich as usual was great and kind and explained everything as he went along. I would recommend him to anyone that needed an eye Doctor
