Dr. Benjamin Seljestad is a fantastic doctor. Very thorough, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. He is an example of a medical professional that we wish was the standard for all Northern NV specialists. You will leave his office feeling confident in his diagnosis.
Dr. Ben Seljestad no only does a thorough job checking my vision and eye health, he prepares an extensive personally tailored wellness plan for me. I have never had such great care for my eyes.
I experienced a sudden change in vision. Dr Seljestad gave me a thorough exam and diagnosis. I was impressed with the new center and the high quality equipment to diagnose my eye condition. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Based on feedback from another patient and on pubic reviews, I made an appointment by phone not knowing there were additional doctors and ended up seeing a different professional, which was so so. I expected to see Seljestad Benjamin. So, just a warning, make sure you specify you want Seljestad Benjamin, otherwise, my experience was nothing to brag about!
I am so disappointed with the level of customer service from the front desk lady! I showed up today for my first appointment that I scheduled a couple days ago. I let her know I had an appointment and she asked if I have insurance. I said yes, and told which one, and she informed me they don’t accept Blue Vision.
