The customer service is great and I am able to talk to someone face to face and I never have to call a 1-800 number.
DO NOT use this company, go directly through the satellite company of your choice, these people do unnecessary damage to your house and will leave trash and hardware on your roof. They also lied to me about a discount they were offering only to find out months later that they weren't going to do anything about it. I even called Direct TV to inquire about what was offered to me and they said they had never heard about that offer and nothing was in my file.
