We went to Advanced Satellites in Salina to inquire about upgrading our DishNet TV package. We were also given a slick sales pitch (with incorrect information and promises) to bundle with a HughesNet internet package. Unfortunately, we trusted and signed up for the bundled package. What followed was four months of the most erratic and undependable internet service we have ever experienced. We were completely without any internet service 3 times, once lasting for 5 days. We are sorry you are unhappy with that product. This seems like an unfair review when we came out every time you called us. Our owner came out on multiple occasions and found no problems. I know one issue you had was downloading a newspaper and we came out for free and found a solution for that, which I know you were very happy with. The speed tests on those v... read more
