Let me start with........ what an AMAZING experience!! First off, I do a ton of research within a field before I make a decision. Definitely would not recommend. Guy shows up late for apt. to measure out job for full vinyl siding and a new roof. Has child with him and wants to go feed kid and will come rite back. This has been several days ago now and he still hasn't been back to actually measure the job out to even get an estimate together. Find a company that will actually show up when they are supposed to do so and will communicate with customers in the event they can not or won't follow-through with what they committed to do.
Bob Bergens replaced my roof in early December. By January 18, the roof leaked. I had other roofers come look at the problem and 3 roofers told me the skylight was patched - not a long term fix, there was a row of short shingles which would cause fascia to rot. I have a big stain on my ceiling (it is now March 7, 2022.). Bob will not reply to my texts. I have a 5 year warranty. He also told me he was licensed. This was a great experience from start to finish. Very reasonable rates, extremely prompt service, everything was done as promised and we couldn’t be more pleased.
