I want to say a big Thank You to the entire team at Advanced Roofing System Ltd. My situation I feel was unique, I needed professionals. I placed a phone call to Advanced Roofing system and talked with estimater. They couldn’t give me an estimate at that point due to my situation, but they assured me that someone would call me back. I had the ALR team do our roof. They were fantastic, and did an excellent job. I had to call them back to check a couple things and the second inspector that came out I was able to meet. He helped me understand certain things and did a double check to help ease my concerns. He even cleaned up the mess left from the gutter clean out which I told him I would manage. Thanks inspector guy!!
Update. I have a couple of leaks. Gil has been helpful and a crew will be out shortly. Let's start with the good and work our way down... Kelvin's team did a great job. They were respectful, did good work, and when I pointed out a minor deficiency, they fixed it with no questions asked. Kelvin gets 5 stars. It took some time to get started for sure.
