Well, 5 k after a roof we had replaced, sold by Mr J. James! 8 months later pulling it all off again because of... well... the photos speak for themselves! Roof leaked on second day of installation, (IT RAINED IMAGINE THAT) called in for a ROOF LEAK!!, they sent someone who was obviously incompetent!!! to silicon wall flashing! they did, half way up from bottom to top, which NOW!
