I met Jenn while on vacation working out in the resort gym. Jenn quickly recognized that my body needed “work”. She offered to help me and over the course of 3 days she performed her “magic” on my body to alleviate the pain I had in my lower body. She even provided exercise suggestions to help me after our sessions. I am so grateful to have met her and to have experienced her healing hands!

I came in to see Jenn after a long journey of inner work stemming from some pre-verbal trauma. I had very little expectations but just came in with an open mind and discussed some symptoms which had been bothering me. One of which was an unhealthy relationship with food that consisted of a consistent roller coaster of eating out of boredom, self sabotaging a relatively healthy eating style, and choosing certain foods based on society's labelling of "healthy" vs what was uniquely good for my body; as well as some acid reflux.... read more

I first went to Jennifer for significant hamstring pain I have had for years that had began to travel down my leg and into my foot. It was getting so bad I didn’t know if I would be able to continue the cross fit training I love. I just finished my second session and I have been shocked at how fast my body responded to the treatments. I couldn’t endorse Jennifer and her work more and am so grateful I found her!
