My orthopedist referred me to Advanced Rheumatology indicating the physicians there were very good at diagnosing unusual cases such as what I was presenting with. Very disappointed in their customer service. I have been waiting for a call back for four weeks. I have left messages, I have talked with employees of this location and they keep passing me to the person who is to schedule new appointments and I have left 3-4 messages on that individual voicemail and never got a call back. Very frustrating!
Unfortunately I have not had the privilege to see the doctor..my mother n law and her sister speak highly of her..I called for a appointment and was told no problem that they needed my doctor's referral. And tests..my doctor sent them over and I got no response.i called back and they said they mite of lost it..that they would call my doctor and get it ..2 weeks later still no contact...no call back ..nothing ...I seen some of the reviews..the doctor mite be good but there staff and system is terrible...the worst service I ev... read more
