Obviously their receptionist doesn't know how to talk to patients and is very rude! If you dont like your job or cant work with the public then go somewhere else! Im posting for a friend who is sick and since she hasn't been back for a year the receptionist decided to tell her she is no longer a patient and they wont help her. Who says that!?!?! Ill let it be known people need to suffer the consequences of their actions and in my personal opinion she should be fired!

The most awful follow up by doctors and staff. Left at least 6 messages and no call back. So disappointed by this place and these doctors
The office staff needs to be fired... I've been trying to get in with Dr. For 4 months and I can not get an appointment or a return phone call.. oh excuse me she did call once and was nasty to me stating I needed some other paper work and records before making an appointment. Regardless, it's very unprofessional the way the girl I spoke to is dealing with patients at this office.. Dr. Needs to know. And I can see from other reviews I'm not the only one.
