I was referred to Katie Kent by an ND for help with chronic (super-disruptive) neck & shoulder tightness from too many years of computering. I feel very grateful that I found Katie. I initially came to her hoping to relieve chronic neck and shoulder issues and Katie was able to help me with that and so much more. Her approach is unlike any one I have worked with, she wants to not only help you feel better but teach you along the way. Katie is a true professional and has absolutely changed my life!
