Great experience with their team members Tyler and Josh. They showed up and did the work that We asked them to do and then also did extra work that we didn’t ask them to do because they noticed that we had some loose siding. It is very obvious that they care about the customer. I will absolutely be calling them again in the future.
Tyler Bickler was great to work with, he was always just a phone call away no matter what time it was. The installation went very smooth. The crew were very respectful and professional. The work was finished in a timely manner. I would refer this roofing company.
Ricky D from Advanced came out and inspected my roof at the end of last year. Considering all the storms we've had and finding a small leak I figured I'd need my roof replaced. Prior to Ricky and Advanced Restoration I was told it wouldn't be covered under my insurance. Ricky did his due diligence on my behalf and went above and beyond to get it replace through my insurance. He was great and communicated very well. I did not have a good experience with this company. The salesman, Ricky D., showed up in my driveway and offered a free roof assessment. I should have known better, but we had had a few storm events and I thought it couldn't hurt. He used a drone and came back with all sorts of pictures that he said was hail damage. The claims adjuster came out and didn't agree. Ricky came back out and did more pictures, insisting the damage was obvious for a number of reasons he verbally stated to me.
