I would've liked to give them a chance to work on our roof, but I've lost all contact with them. We had strong communication until one day they went ghost. I get a call from the office who is supposedly supposed to talk to our roofing guy and don't get another call for a few months. The cycle just continues. I can't keep waiting.
First off, Drew is unlike any other roofing salesman/inspector I’ve ever met. Super patient, kind, helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to help me through the roofing process; explaining different material types and the benefits of each. Also, the roofing crew is no joke. I didn’t even see a single nail laying around, my trees and shrubs look untouched, there’s no tar on anything, and there’s no trash lying anywhere. The pink shirt roofers at Advanced Restorations do an amazing job. They do everything the right way. Highly recommended.
Josh, Corey and entire team including installers, and office and manager were awesome every step of the way!!! Everything was 5 STARS!!! Roof looks incredible and expert work done all the way around. Highly recommend them!! Very trustworthy as the way it should be and the topper, they arent pushy either!
