Several years ago I had a fire in my home and Advanced Restoration was there the next day cleaning up and helping me they the insurance nightmare. I couldn’t have done it without Advanced Restoration. They are great to work with and provided me excellent service. There service was paid for by my insurance. Called these guys to come out during a downpour and they did not show up until the next day. They put a temporary fix on the chimney and claimed it was "emergency" charging $325 for 1/2 hour of work on the temp fix. They would not give me a quote on the inside work until we fixed the roof. they quoted the roof repair at $1500 and the roofer I selected charged $850 to do more work around the chimney than they would be doing. Deon was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. This is a great company to work with and I would definitely use them again in the future.
I had issues with an ice dam several years ago. Advanced Restoration took great care of us with roof, drywall, hardwood flooring and paint repairs. They were quick, and professional and the workmanship was exceptional.
This company really cares about your home and safety. We had an impossible situation, and they were so knowledgeable and compassionate. I am truly grateful for their help. It is truly a stellar company. They also advocated for us with our insurance which saved us a lot of pain. Thank you for showing us that there are still good and honest people out there.
