You can call around but you will never find a better company to deal with, Called Dave and he came right over, He clearly explained the process to my mother, who is 84 years old. Her condo was flooded when the upstairs water heater went. We called Advanced Restoration Group after a failed sump pump flooded our basement. Dave was out to our house within 45 minutes of us calling. He walked us through what his team would do to remove the water and reassured us everything would be okay. He called a plumber and had one at the house in a few hours to replace the sump pump.
