Beware, read the fine print... City sewer backed up in to a finished basement. Itemized bill showed the removal of a carpet in a room where there was none. Packed boxes putting wet things on top of dry things ruining the dry things. As boxes were being unpacked, assuming the wet ones were being opened first found that they were mixed together so the boxes that should have been all dry things were actually moldy, damp and not salvageable.
