the booking process was straightforward, but the response time to inquiries could be improved. overall, an average experience with room for enhancement.

We had some problems with a reservation. The person we spoke to was rude. When asked for a supervisor, she said she was the manager and told us there was no one higher. She made it clear that she would not help us clear up the reservation problems we were having and we were stuck. Never book through these people.

They are not worthy of even 1 star, but I cannot leave less than a star. I booked a hotel for the same day. After waiting a bit for a confirmation email, and not receiving one (I did check my spam) I called the hotel to confirm the reservation. They could not find it. After checking my credit card to confirm that I was charged, I tried the hotel again. They still couldn't find my reservation. I booked a different hotel through hotels.com then tried to contact the arestravel.com contact number to cancel the reservation. At th... read more

Never used them but starting around sept 1 I've been getting bombarded with emails, so they bought/were provided my email from somewhere.
