It was an absolute pleasure working with Advanced Remodel and Construction on a complete bathroom reno. Jordan and his team are consummate professionals who were respectful of the space, always on time and always maintained open communication throughout the project. Jordan and his team were so great! They were very communicative, respectful of our space, and our full bathroom renovation turned out exactly how we hoped it would at a competitive price. I would not hesitate to work with them again for any future projects, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful remodel for their home.
We would give six stars if we could. We have an old Portland home and did a full kitchen: demo down to the studs, removing a wall, moving and getting new appliances, the works. We also wanted to refinish our basement and converting part of it into a bedroom. As a Residential Designer who has worked with many Contractors, it’s easy to tell the great ones from the rest of the bunch. After recently completing my first collaboration with Jordan, I can safely say he is one of the great ones! From the beginning, Jordan carefully considered my documents and made sure he understood the design intent. I contacted Jordan about a project in my kitchen. I really wanted to install a gas range and oven and let go of my electric stovetop and small, non functioning oven. He talked me through it and came to check out the project to make sure he could do it. He was super responsive and he and his team came in and in 3 days cut through our counters, installed a dedicated gas line and installed our stove. It’s gorgeous and looks so seamless!
