We ran into an issue with possible asbestos during a home sale, and they went WAY out of their way to assist us with alleviating the fears of the potential buyers by inspecting the material, determining it was intact and safe, did not require removal, and providing a low-cost option to further seal it if necessary. I won't hesitate to recommend Advanced Remediation in the future
