I was a loyal ARC Professional from 2007 until the COVID pandemic. After my studio was mandated to close, I was making facials in a bag to retail to clients to generate a little income. I purchased products from ARC, and the person running my card ran it THREE times, creating an over $600 hold on my account, which lasted for two weeks and caused it to be overdrawn. Hello Crystal, first your business is important to us. The administrative error was due to our Merchant Processor and was out of our control, but we did refund you 100% immediately. To date, you did not have to pay for those orders and we have absorbed the cost of those orders at our expense. Additionally, this review does not speak to the quality of products and caliber of customer service you have received over nearly 5 years. We hope you take this into consideration as we'd love to have you back.
I have been an esthetics professional for 12 years, ARC continues to be my favorite retail and back bar line.
For 13 years I personally use ARC Skincare products on my skin & in my facial treatment room. The results I get are amazing.
I am 68 and I have used these products myself and sell them in my business. Along with Microdermabrasion I am very happy with the results!
I received awesome customer service today with Heather. She was very knowledgeable and very informative on the product line but also a very well trained esthetician. Learned a lot today :)
After trying everything for adult acne I started using the clarifying cleanser, toner and a moisturizer, my skin has never look better and it does work pretty fast, my face is very happy!
