Never again. If you value your time, find another place to get a custom brace. I will say that the front desk reception staff was lovely. But don’t bother making an appointment with the occupational therapist to get a custom split. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else
Mediocre at best, not knowledgeable professionals and not giving their 100% in patients care and rehab program. Not recommended.
Had a problem with my leg a few weeks, now I’m up and running, thank you to the team & staff.
Worst experience I was sent there for Physiotherapy with my doctors note stating that for tennis elbow and they took it upon themselves to give me Occupational Therapy which was not something I asked for. $90 dollars later not covered under my plan out of pocket. Do not go there.
I was referred up stairs to arc by the Dr at the clinic below. My son needed to see an occupational therapist for a splint. The occupational therapist does not work on Friday, their solution was to let the onsite chiropracter try his and at making a splint. No therapy advise was given as expected by the doctor from the clinic and now my son will need additional therapy.
