Sorry, but the first doctors care was so poor that it had delayed my healing by months. I really don’t appreciate the tone or demeanor of Dr Milani. I am sure she doesn’t remember me or care, but instead of being direct and telling me, “You need a boot, you need crutches or it won’t heal.” She said, “Just try to stay off of it.” When I finally gave in and asked for a boot, I couldn’t get another appointment for 3 weeks. I rate this location two stars instead of one because the actual service by the doctor and nurse were great when I was being treated there. The low rating is due to how things were handled once the bill came in the mail. I went in with a diagnosis from my primary care provider, and the doctor diagnosed me with something else. I got the bill almost a full year after the appointment, even though apparently insurance handled the case almost immediately after the appointment and the doctor's office didn't appeal the decision any... read more

Go to this place only if you have money to spare, and time to waste. I have been to this location twice, both times, procedures were done on my WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION. No one told me what the options were or anything like that and now I am on the hook for paying for these procedures that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. What logic is that? I complained this to so many people but the complaint falls on deaf ears! I mean I get that the doctor's obviously know more about my injuries than me, but at least ask me before doing any... read more
