Advanced Realty had been ourproperty managers since 2003-2004 and sold to Sentry Management in Longwood, Florida in approximately October, 2022. For the next year, we had nothing but problems: little or delayed response, financials 2-3 months late, mistakes in accounting. The group are not welcoming to new comers. I've tried to be nice But they don't play well with others if they question anything.
I pay my rent there, every month, on the 3rd of the month.
