This company took my deposit of over $1000. Then gave me a bill for $1300. They also remodeled the whole place because the owners wanted to sell it even after they offered us to renew our contract after four years of on time payments. Then tried to fit me with the bill for normal wear and tear. I had an agent threaten me and charge me breech of contract when another agent didnt know what he was saying and backpedaled.
