While I won't go into too much detail but I will tell you that I made an offer for a property in March I didn't get a response until April 27 after leaving multiple messages and sending emails. I was told " I didn't write up the offer because I was advised not to..." I was offering cash for the home but my offer wasn't even considered nor negotiated.
