Advanced property management company is incompetent. I owned property in the Flathead and had this company manage it. They never return your phone calls or send you statements. Very unprofessional! They rented my property to a family of 6 on Section 8 . Massive damage to house. Renters smoked heavily in it. Lots of damage .I spent thousands to make place habitable for new owners!!
